Business automation

Business process automation — from 15M UZS

Are your staff spending half their time copying data from one place to another? We hand that repetitive work to software: enquiries record themselves, documents generate themselves, reports assemble themselves.

What is business automation and where does it start?

What is business automation?

Business automation means handing repetitive manual work — data entry, document preparation, report assembly, reminders — to software in order to cut time and errors.

Automation is not moving an entire business into software overnight. It is finding the daily, time-consuming, error-prone tasks and handing them to a program. For instance: copying website enquiries into Excel by hand, filling invoices manually, assembling a monthly report from several files, reminding staff about tasks by hand.

Many companies start by saying 'we need a CRM or an ERP' when the problem actually sits in two or three specific processes. Automating those before building a large system is far cheaper and faster — sometimes results arrive within weeks.

Innosoft Systems measures the process first: how long each task takes and where errors appear. Then we start where the most time is lost. We do not throw away the tools you already use (1C, Excel, Google Sheets, your website, Telegram) — we connect them.

In short

What automation delivers

Why automation comes before a large system:

  • Manual data copying stops
  • Human error drops sharply
  • Documents generate in a second
  • Reports assemble themselves
  • Nobody forgets a task
  • Existing tools get connected
  • Results visible in 3–8 weeks
  • Cheaper than a full system
  • Volume grows without new hires
  • Grows into a CRM or ERP later

Why you need it

What automation does for your business

This is not replacing staff — it is freeing them from routine.

Time comes back

An hour of manual work a day is over 20 hours a month. That time goes to customers and selling instead.

Fewer errors

Manual copying mixes up figures and shifts columns. Software does the same thing the same way every time and checks itself.

Nothing gets forgotten

Reminders fire as deadlines approach and unanswered enquiries stay visible. 'We forgot' stops being an explanation.

Your tools get connected

1C, Excel, Google Sheets, your website, Telegram and telephony link together. Nothing has to be discarded.

Fast results

A full CRM or ERP takes months. Automating one process usually goes live in 3–8 weeks.

Ready for growth

If orders double, an automated process copes. Manual work does not — you would need another hire.

What gets automated

Which processes are automated most often

The areas we see most and that pay for themselves fastest.

  • 01

    Capturing enquiries and leads

Messages from your website, Instagram, Telegram and phone land in one list and route themselves to the right owner.

  • 02

    Document workflow

Contracts, invoices, certificates and applications are filled automatically and move through an approval chain.

  • 03

    Reporting

The monthly report that used to be assembled by hand builds itself from several sources and sends on schedule.

  • 04

    Stock and inventory

Sales, receipts and issues are counted in one place, with alerts when stock runs low.

  • 05

    Working with staff

Leave and schedule requests, attendance, task assignment and reminders — including through a Telegram bot.

  • 06

    Customer notifications

Order status, payment reminders and repeat-visit prompts send themselves by SMS or Telegram.

Process

How automation is delivered

Five stages. The first matters most: the numbers show what to automate.

  1. 013–7 days

    Process audit

Together with your staff we walk through daily work and measure how long each task takes.

  2. 022–3 days

    Prioritisation

We pick the process that costs the most time and is easiest to automate, and calculate the expected saving.

  3. 031 week

    Solution design

We map the new shape of the process: what runs automatically, what stays with people, which integrations are needed.

  4. 042–8 weeks

    Development and connection

The solution is built and connected to your systems (1C, website, Telegram, Excel). You test at every stage.

  5. 051–2 weeks

    Launch and measurement

Staff are trained and the process runs the new way. After a month we compare the saving in numbers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most about business automation.

Our pricing starts at 15,000,000 UZS — full automation of one or two specific processes. A whole department's processes (4–8 connected processes, approval chains, 1C integration) cost 35,000,000 UZS. For a company-wide audit across several departments the price is agreed per project.

If the problem sits in one or two specific processes (enquiries getting lost, reports assembled by hand), automation is cheaper and faster. If the whole sales department is disorganised, a CRM is the right answer. In the free audit we tell you honestly which one you need.

No — quite the opposite. We connect it. 1C, Excel, Google Sheets, your website, Telegram and telephony all stay; only the manual work between them disappears.

The Focus plan goes live in 3–5 weeks, so you feel the saving in the first month. The System plan takes 6–10 weeks but also launches in stages.

Usually not. For most of our clients headcount stays the same but the same team handles twice the volume. Routine moves to software and people move to customers and decisions.

That is why we run the audit with them: they are the ones who tell us which work is draining. People rarely object to automating what they dislike doing.

Yes, and it is the natural path. Automated processes are later gathered into one system — the logic and integrations already built are reused rather than recreated.

You do. The project runs in your Git repository, and on delivery all code, documentation and access transfer fully to you.

Which task costs you the most time?

In a free audit we measure your processes, tell you what is most profitable to automate and fix an exact price and timeline. No obligation.
