Startup website / MVP

Startup website and MVP — from 25M UZS

You do not need years to perfect an idea. In 6–10 weeks we build a working MVP: real users sign up, use the product and give you the first numbers — both for the conversation with investors and for deciding whether to continue or pivot.

What is a startup website and an MVP?

What is an MVP?

An MVP is the first working version of a product — enough to test the core hypothesis with real users, and built so it can grow from there.

In a startup, a website does two jobs. First, presentation: a page where investors, partners and early customers grasp your idea, with the problem and the solution stated clearly. Second, the product itself: a working version where users sign up, log in and get real value.

An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is not a cheap half-finished thing. It is a version that is genuinely functional but limited to what is needed to test the core hypothesis. Extra features are stripped out and the main scenario is finished properly — because the market answers only one question: will people actually use this?

On startup projects Innosoft Systems focuses on two things: speed and room to grow. Speed, because every month of delay means competitors and budget. Growth, because if the MVP works you should not have to rewrite it from scratch — the architecture, database and API are designed with headroom from day one.

In short

What an MVP gives a startup

Why experienced teams start with an MVP rather than a full product:

  • The idea is tested on the market quickly
  • You talk to investors in numbers
  • Budget is saved — nothing extra is built
  • First users arrive early
  • Direction is corrected by real feedback
  • You reach the market before competitors
  • A technical base ready to scale
  • Analytics work from day one
  • The team gains a technical partner
  • Even failure stays cheap

Why you need one

What an MVP does for a startup

It is not a cost — it is the cheapest way to find out. Here is what it actually solves.

A real test of the idea

Not surveys and opinions but actual behaviour: did they sign up, did they come back, did they pay. Only that data shows what the idea is worth.

Proof for investors

A pitch deck is a promise. A working product and first user metrics are evidence — and the conversation takes on an entirely different tone.

Budget saved

Up to 80% of a full product's features typically go unused. An MVP builds only the core scenario, so money does not go into unnecessary code.

Speed as an advantage

Being on the market in 6–10 weeks teaches you more than a year of refinement. Every week of delay is a head start for a competitor.

A base ready to scale

An MVP is not throwaway code. The API, database and infrastructure are designed for growth, so success does not force a rewrite.

A technical partner

If you have no technical co-founder, we take that role for the duration of the project: architecture, estimation, technology choices and roadmap.

Who orders one

Which projects start with an MVP

Teams with an idea who do not yet know the market's answer.

  • 01

    SaaS and B2B platforms

Subscription services: user accounts, plans, payments and product analytics.

  • 02

    Marketplaces and aggregators

Two-sided markets: sellers and buyers, listings, search, transactions and a commission model.

  • 03

    Fintech and payment solutions

Payment flows, identity, security and reporting — designed around regulation.

  • 04

    Education and online courses

A learning platform: lessons, tests, certificates, an instructor portal and payments.

  • 05

    Health and medical apps

Appointments, telemedicine, monitoring and a patient portal — built to privacy requirements.

  • 06

    Grant and accelerator projects

A working prototype and presentation page for an IT Park, grant or accelerator application.

Scale

Custom solution

On request

Project-dependent

  • Mobile app (iOS / Android) and web product on one API
  • Microservice architecture and high-load readiness
  • AI modules and a recommendation engine
  • Multi-country and multi-currency support
  • Security audit and personal data protection
  • Dedicated product team model

Request a quote

Prices are for 2026; the final quote is confirmed after a free technical consultation and once the feature list is agreed. Payment is staged by sprint — which lowers the financial risk for a startup.

What's included

Included in every plan by default

These are not paid add-ons — they are in the base plan too.

  • Free technical consultation and idea assessment
  • Feature prioritisation: what goes into the MVP and what waits
  • Architecture and database design with headroom
  • Design and an interactive prototype in Figma
  • Domain, hosting and SSL setup
  • A Git repository with full code ownership on your side
  • Analytics setup (Google Analytics, event tracking)
  • Technical SEO and presentation page optimisation
  • Weekly demos and reports throughout the project
  • 6 months of technical support after launch

Process

How an MVP is built

We work in sprints — you see a working result every one to two weeks.

  1. 013–5 days

    Discovery

We analyse the idea, market, competitors and target user, and write down exactly which hypothesis we are testing.

  2. 022–4 days

    Scoping

Features are prioritised: only what is needed to test the hypothesis goes into the MVP. The rest moves to the roadmap.

  3. 031–2 weeks

    Design and prototype

An interactive prototype in Figma. We show it to real people and fix it before any code is written.

  4. 044–8 weeks

    Development in sprints

A working version every one to two weeks. You try it, give feedback, and the next sprint is planned around it.

  5. 051 week

    Testing and launch

Load, security and payment flows are tested. The product goes live and analytics are connected.

  6. 06ongoing

    Measure and decide

We analyse first-user metrics and decide together what to double down on and what to drop.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most about startup projects.

Our startup projects start at 25,000,000 UZS — an investor-ready presentation site, user accounts and one core product scenario fully working. A full MVP (3–6 key scenarios, payments, roles, analytics) costs 45,000,000 UZS. For a mobile app, microservice architecture or AI modules the price is agreed per project.

The Launch plan is delivered in 4–6 weeks and a full MVP in 8–12 weeks. Because we work in sprints, you see the first working version after two to three weeks rather than at the very end.

Because it is a product, not a site. A normal website displays content; in a startup project users register, create data, pay and interact with the system. That means a database, security, roles, payment flows and testing — several times the scope.

You do. The project runs in your Git repository from the start, and on delivery all code, documentation and access transfer fully to you. No lock-in and no 'we hold the keys' arrangement.

No. Many of our clients have no CTO — we take that role for the duration of the project, helping with technology choices, architecture, estimation and roadmap, and explaining everything in plain language.

The MVP is built with headroom, so no rewrite is needed. The next stage adds features, builds a mobile app on top and prepares the infrastructure for load. Several clients have moved this way to a dedicated product team model.

A presentation page (problem, solution, market, business model, team), a working demo and analytics on your first users. If needed we also prepare architecture documentation for technical due diligence.

Yes. Many clients apply with exactly this — a working prototype — for grants, accelerators or IT Park residency. We help prepare the technical description and documents required.

In stages, by sprint. For a startup that lowers risk: at each stage you see the result and decide whether to continue or change scope.

Shall we test your idea on the market?

In a free technical consultation we assess the idea, define what belongs in the MVP and fix an exact price and timeline. No obligation.
