A perfect fit for the process
With off-the-shelf software the person adapts to the tool. With custom software it is the other way round.

Custom software
Can't find software that fits, or do the available products only half-match how you work? We study your process and write software for exactly that job — nothing surplus, no limits, and the code handed over to you.
What is custom software?
Custom software is a program written from scratch for a company's specific task and way of working, rather than configured from an off-the-shelf product, with the code owned by the client.
Custom software is not a configured off-the-shelf product but a program written from scratch for a specific job. It mirrors how you work: how you calculate, what the approval chain is, which document comes out at the end and who sees what.
Off-the-shelf products are universal and often perfectly sufficient. But in three cases they fail: your process resembles nothing on the market; you copy data by hand between several programs; or licence fees and restrictions have grown too far. In those cases custom software turns out cheaper and more comfortable.
Innosoft Systems builds custom software as a working tool: neat, but without surplus features. At the start we agree in writing which problem it must solve, then develop in stages. Code, documentation and all rights transfer fully to you on delivery.
In short
Why companies move from off-the-shelf products to their own:
Why you need it
Software is not a cost — it is a tool that speeds up how you already work.
With off-the-shelf software the person adapts to the tool. With custom software it is the other way round.
Each person sees only the screens and buttons they need. Learning is fast and errors are fewer.
You do not pay monthly per user. The larger the team, the greater the saving.
The code and documentation are yours. A vendor's price changes or product shutdown do not affect you.
Connecting to 1C, banking, government portals, marketplaces and equipment depends on the task, not on a vendor's permission.
When a new requirement appears the software changes. 'That feature doesn't exist' is never the answer.
Who orders it
Solutions that off-the-shelf products cannot fit, or that simply do not exist on the market.
A portal for a company's own accounting, control and approval processes.
Complex pricing, estimating or tariff calculation — using your own formulas.
Capturing data from scanners, scales, terminals, production machines or IoT sensors.
Separate access and functionality for clients, dealers, partners or staff.
Exchanging data between several programs and bringing them into a single interface.
Dedicated modules for reporting formats, electronic documents and tax requirements.
Examples
Every project from scratch: task analysis, design and engineering are all ours.
Pricing
Pricing is transparent and one-off. There are no monthly licence or per-user fees.

What's included
These are not paid add-ons — they are in the base plan too.
Process
We work in sprints — you see a working result every two weeks.
We study the problem and how it is solved today, then define precisely what the software must cover.
Features, roles, integrations and reports are confirmed in writing. Price and timeline attach to that document.
The interface in Figma. Users try it, and anything awkward is fixed before code is written.
A working version every two weeks. You test, give feedback, and the next sprint is planned around it.
Load, security and integrations are tested and legacy data is migrated.
The software goes live, staff are trained, and code and documentation transfer fully to you.
